Mental Health In the Spotlight

The Center for Behavioral Health is a community-based outpatient clinic treating the mental and behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

We serve people through our practices in the metro-west area in person, at our Lancaster office, or across the state through telehealth.  We also provide in-school services in collaboration with some school districts, including the Clinton and Nashoba Regional Public Schools.

Rooted in an evidence-based treatment model, services include individual and family therapy, behavioral consultation services, family and parent consultation services, and competency evaluations for adults with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities.

Serving Central Massachusetts. In-person appointments available in Lancaster, MA. Common towns we serve include: Clinton, Lancaster, Leominster, Sterling, Fitchburg, Bolton, Stow, Ayer, Harvard, Shirley, and Hudson. Telehealth services offered statewide.

  3. Implement a comprehensive approach to ensure long-term success by promoting collaboration between families, schools, and community providers.

Serving a Range of Needs

• Anxiety Disorders (43%)

• Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders (44%)

• Depressive Disorders (35%)

• Neurodevelopmental Disorders (28%),
specifically Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders (21%)

Our Team

Our clinical staff are trauma-focused and focused on your treatment goals. They offer compassion and dedication in a comfortable setting to every person and family we work with.

The training and experience of our clinical staff allow the program to provide outpatient services for a range of needs, including individuals with highly complex mental health challenges.

All of our therapists are licensed, evidence-based practitioners.

We don’t see ourselves as a 45-minute or one-hour per session practice – time’s up and see you next week. Rather, we make every effort to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the people and systems that are part of your life to help you succeed. With children especially, we offer parents support by working with schools and pediatricians to ensure their child is thriving in all areas of their lives.
